Download the current paper and released files.

Start with the paper PDF if you want the current manuscript. Use Tier 1 for spreadsheet-friendly review, Tier 2 for the structured site assets, and Tier 3 if you want the queryable SQLite release locally.

The PDF is the current reference version. The HTML paper page is provisional while it is being refreshed against the 12 April 2026 manuscript. Tier 2 is split across multiple packages so it stays deployable on static hosting.
